Therapeutic Services

As a “Bodyworker” I present myself and skills as a signature therapist. I have decades of experience in practice, teaching and furthering my education. The core of my practice arrives from my studies in Lomi Lomi and Osteopathic manual techniques. My skills are full spectrum; working with both eastern and western modalities. This provides a three dimensional view for palpating the multiple descriptive realms of the body. From the energetic qualities of meridian lines and fluid realms of craniosacral & visceral, to the musculoskeletal palpitations orientated for mobilizing the neural net of the Myofascial system and the joints. The focus of my practice is therapeutic and rehabilitative in nature; working with chronic pain and restricted movement from trauma or repetitive tasks from everyday life, while honoring associated emotional components. It is also complimented with experience in prenatal, perinatal and postpartum massage, TMJ and “Structural Integration” acknowledging the somatic whole in the potential of health. My skills can also move into a blend for an eloquent unwinding and decompressing bodywork session. A kaleidoscope of skills is melded for each client’s needs. My work definitely holds to a signature in both experience and results.

Appointments are about honoring what a client is looking for in a session and often times incorporates education about bodywork and understanding its potential in the process of health. Each individual session is crafted every time. Selecting a specific modality from the list just gives the session intake a specific orientation.

Keith and I had several sessions before and after my herniated disc operation. He is highly knowledgeable in many areas of massage therapy and caters each session to the specific needs of his client.

I work as an office manager booking sessions for Keith. We worked together for two years in San Francisco. I have observed Keith in countless interactions with his clients, and dealt with him myself as his client. He has a very professional, friendly, and informed approach to body work. Keith is highly knowledgeable in many areas of massage therapy and caters each session to the specific needs of his client. He takes the time to thoroughly understand the issues a client brings and explains how he intends to treat their concerns on the table. I am always impressed by his ability to tune in to the needs of each client, spoken or unspoken, and get to the root of the problem in such a way that each person leaves satisfied and relieved by the work experienced in session. He has many regular clients who insist on working only with him.
I began receiving work from Keith when I began having chronic and acute lower back, hip, and leg pain. After a few unsuccessful sessions with other therapists, I realized I needed specific therapeutic treatment. Keith and I had several sessions before and after my herniated disc operation. There were days that I would nearly crawl in the door with such severe pain and he would have to help me onto the table. Within just a few moments Keith could isolated the point of pain and relieved me to the point that I no longer needed medication. He comes with my strong recommendation.

Shortly into the 90-minute session, it became apparent that Keith’s skills were much different from those possessed by previous massage therapists I had experienced. He immediately honed in to my symptoms with minimal direction from me.

At the time I booked a massage session I was experiencing deep painful hip problems that, unbeknownst to me at the time, stemmed from a childhood tailbone injury and knee surgery.
Shortly into the 90-minute session, it became apparent that Keith’s skills were much different from those possessed by previous massage therapists I had experienced. He immediately honed in to my symptoms with minimal direction from me.
I invested in multiple sessions with him. Each session began with Keith listening to my body, searching for signs that would tell him what had changed since our previous visit and where my body needed to go. This is probably one of Keith’s greatest strengths, his ability to listen to what a person’s body is telling him and respond appropriately.
What began as massage therapy evolved into a journey deep into my own physical body and spirit. Keith was the guide as he pulled back layers of injuries and reshaped tissue memory. He helped draw connections between my own meditation and yoga practices, and the healing that we were doing during his sessions. He educated me on why the pain persisted and what the cause of it was. He also gave me expectations of what to expect from this bodywork. Keith is a gifted bodyworker with a passion for his craft. I fully recommend him.

His knowledge of different healing modalities allowed him to utilize a wide variety of therapeutic approaches helping to remedy my pain and improve my lower back health.

I first encountered Keith while I was experiencing acute lower back pain, severe cramping, and muscle spasms. As a massage therapist, I found him to be insightful and thorough. He was able to identify persistent problems and remedy them with a variety of techniques. His knowledge of different healing modalities allowed him to utilize a wide variety of therapeutic approaches helping to remedy my pain and improve my lower back health.
I was impressed by his ability to attune himself to my body’s injuries. He showed a great sensitivity to the limitations of my ability to sustain pressure and integrate my breathing; a characteristic I find that maximizes my beneficial bodywork experience.
I work as a Chef and am periodically plagued with severe back trauma. I have worked with many body workers/massage therapist and I would place Keith among the best I have encountered.

He has helped me recover from a surf injury as well as sciatica from sitting at work.

Keith has been my bodywork masseuse for over four years, and is the best. He has helped me recover from a surf injury as well as sciatica from sitting at work.
He is very in tune with his practice and very professional. I trust him to use his expertise and many years of experience when working on tight or injured muscles. He gives good feedback and suggestions to how I can work on exercises and stretches to improve my alignment as well.
I tell all my friends and coworkers about Keith because he is the best bodyworker I have ever worked with. Thanks,

Sharon F.

Keith is a truly gifted practitioner. I suffered a traumatic head and neck injury. I had visited several health practitioners and found no relief of my symptoms. Under Keith’s care, my suffering and impairments immediately subsided. Over time, I have completely healed thanks to Keith’s abilities.

Keith is a truly gifted practitioner. I suffered a traumatic head and neck injury that left me with significant mental and physical impairments. Over the course of several months, I visited several healthcare practitioners and found no relief to my symptoms. Under Keith’s care, my suffering and impairments immediately subsided and over time, I was completely healed. He took time to explain what he was going to do before he started my treatments. He thoughtfully answered my questions and concerns and provided follow-ups with me throughout the process of healing. I would be remiss if I failed to comment on Keith’s humanity, decency, and character. He is not merely a great practitioner; he is a great person as well. I give Keith my highest recommendation.
